Refunds.

Refund is only possible when the order is cancelled by STORE IN JAIPUR for any specific reasons.

If any event occurs in which listed product price or product information is incorrect due to some error, Storeinjaipur may, at its sole discretion, inform the customer about the instructions to be followed or cancel the order and report the customer about the cancellation.

Exchange
Although we always do our best to give you a great customer experience whenever you shop with Storeinjaipur with our 4 days exchange policy, if at all you will not satisfied completely with your purchase, you can initiate exchange process by calling our support number +91 7793031456 with your Order ID, we will get back to you.

Once reported about the return at our helpline or via email, kindly send us the product packaged through a registered courier. We will start processing the replacement request subject to receipt of the product(s) in unused condition and in its original packaging at our location and it should include original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc., failing which replacement may not be possible.

4 days exchange policy is not applicable to Beauty products, innerwears, sale articles or any freebies.

Damages due to negligence, inappropriate usage or application will not be covered under our Returns/Exchange Policy.

Refund Mode:

In the case of Online payments, the refunds from our end will be initiated within 24 - 48 hours and credited to the bank account as per bank policy post we receive the items at our store through the courier partner / delivery boy.

Damage Claim Policy
 Although we always do our best to give you a great customer experience whenever you shop with us but in case of amu human error, we have 48 Hours damage claim policy. To claim any damage or manufacturing defect customer needs to provide an opening video of the packet failure of which no damage can be claimed. Customer can claim the damage or manufacturing defect in 48 hours post-delivery. 

In case if we were unable to replace the damaged/defective product, we will refund the money.
